    The sales and finance staff were outstanding. However I had a warranty item issue and the service rep. implied is was my fault because of the items I had added. He was completely wrong and unprofessional about the the issue. I did speak with the owners and they did take complete responsibility for the staff issue and offered their apology. I feel they were sincere and thanked them for listening to my concern.
